Brighton based mobile coffee wagon, Solitary Bee, use only the best produce possible, sourced from local suppliers. Their coffee is roasted especially for them by Tiger Moth in Lewes, pastries are from Flint Owl organic bakery, and their milk is produced in Sussex.
Sustainability is incredibly important to Solitary Bee and in their efforts to become a zero-to-landfill business they recycle all cups with the Cup Neutral scheme, compost all their coffee grounds & food waste with Compost Club, and use Paper Round to recycle all other items.
They also donate a percentage of profits to The Bumblebee Conservation Trust and The Woodland Trust.
